I took a long walk in an area where I have trained in years before but not so far this time. The trail is located in a very well to do small town that has lots of walking, running, biking trails running through the town. I walk around a lake so there are houses on my right and lake underbrush on my left. The thing that I noticed is no matter the affluence of the neighborhood, people are still slobs. There were beer bottles and cans (and other litter) almost every step of the way. The biggest difference was the BRAND of beer consumed. Where I normally walk I see lots of Miller Lite, Milwaukees Best, and Bud Light. On this trail I saw Heiniken, Becks,St Paulie Girl, etc.
SO
I guess I have learned from this exercise is that while there are slobs at both end of the economic spectrum, the more you make the better your beer.
I need a raise!
Folks the physical training is going well. Put in 8 good miles this morning. On the other hand, fundraising WHICH THIS IS ALL ABOUT is lagging at this point. If you are a regular (lurking of course) or are just passing through please go to the DONATE HERE link and help me raise money to fight this most terrible disease. I thank you in advance.
GIVE TIL IT FEELS GOOD!

You don't need more money, you just need to drink less beer than you need. That's how I pull it off on a teacher's salary. It also helps to have a sugar momma. I know, I should have listened to you 7 years ago. Can I still blame that on the ignorance of the young?
