Quick Update

I have received great news from two sources this week. First Chelle has reported a clean mammo and a dear friend at work who had a "lump" found out that it was nothing.
Guys you have got to get tested, check yourself out, have your SO check you out, etc. Awareness and education will help you detect anything unusual early which dramatically increases your chances of beating this scourge. This is one of the things my 3 day adventure is all about (well that and meeting chicks of course).
